The MTO Team
Experienced & Caring
At Mommy's Time Out, our team is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. With years of experience and formal education in early childhood development, our staff brings both knowledge and passion to every interaction with your child.
Each team member completes a minimum of 15 hours of professional training every year to stay current on the best health & safety practices in early childcare. In addition, all MTO staff members hold certifications in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, ensuring the health and safety of every child in our care during all hours of operation.
We are more than just caregivers—we are committed partners in your child’s early learning journey, providing support, encouragement, and a foundation for lifelong success.
About MTO
Mommy's Time Out (Columbia) launched in November 2024 with the goal of providing flexible and affordable childcare options for busy working parents. We recognize the challenges of securing care that accommodates your hectic lifestyle, and we're here to help. Our offerings include full-time, part-time, and flexible care packages for parents needing assistance from just one day a week to a full five-day workweek. We offer extended care options for parents who work later hours with our hours of operation of 7am-7pm.
About The Director
With over six years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about supporting working parents and creating a nurturing environment where children thrive. I also make it a priority to prepare and support my staff so they can provide the very best care each day. I want parents to feel seen and I do by best to make sure my staff members feel heard and prepared. I am a proud graduate of Claflin University and Towson University.
